	Mary wore this pink sapphire and carnelian 14 kt gold necklace to a recent Women's Council Fashion show and Luncheon.  Paired with a black and White polka dot wrap dress and coral sweater, she felt terrific!  Won't you share a Cindy Borders Jewelry adventure with Mary too...and have your picture and story posted on the web as well!!
Do you remember the diamond necklace that Kate Hudson wears in “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” called the “Isadora?” Our necklace reminds me of that one, only prettier. It was love at first sight. Mary sent an e-mail announcing a line of “Cindy Borders” jewelry at her store . . . at Mary’s. I went in to see (just to be polite!) and there it sat, calling my name. Unfortunately, the price tag was too hard to justify to my husband without a birthday or anniversary, so I had to console myself by coming in weekly just to try it on (can you blame me? Have you SEEN it?). The day before the Kentucky Oaks, I stopped by . . . at Mary’s and tried it on again (thinking longingly of how glamorous I would look at the races with the “Isadora” around my neck) when Mary had a brilliant idea. It turns out that both she and our good friend Jennifer were also lusting after this very same necklace. “Let’s share it,” Mary proclaimed (what a great gal). So, every third month (unless Mary or Jennifer need it for a special occasion) I get to wear the “Isadora” whenever I want. I have had it in my possession for three days now, and I have worn it for three days in a row...It looks just as fantastic with jeans. My husband and I attended the Oaks with my sister and her husband (see photos). My sister and I lost count of the Mint Juleps we drank between us. (Suffice it to say, I had enough that my three-inch heals didn’t hurt my feet even after eight hours.) I also lost count of the complements on the “Isadora.” It made my day! Ellen Baker Finn
